The Yarmouth Community Fitness Schedule
At Yarmouth Community Fitness, we offer a flexible weekly schedule designed to fit your life—from early risers to after-work warriors. Our classes run Monday through Saturday, with a variety of time slots throughout the day.
All sessions are coach-led and capped to ensure personalized attention, with class sizes typically ranging from 5 to 15 members. On Sundays, we offer a dedicated open gym hour—perfect for active recovery or working at your own pace, exclusively for members.
