Bootcamp
When:
- Monday / Wednesday / Friday – 8:00am (50 minutes)- faster paced with more dynamic movements, adaptable to all levels.
- Tuesday/Thursday – 9:00am (50 minutes)- faster paced with more dynamic movements, adaptable to all levels.
- Tuesday / Thursday – 10:00am (50 minutes)- slower paced bootcamp style with more partner based circuits, adaptable to all levels.
How to get started?
Register as a drop-in $25 or purchase a monthly membership
Monthly On-Going Membership
Two membership options 8 classes per month or 12 classes per month. Classes do not roll-over if they go unused. If you use all sessions you can upgrade your membership to add more.
- Monthly 8 Classes: $180/Month ($20 savings vs drop-ins)
- Monthly 12 Classes: $245/Month ($55 savings vs drop-in)
Memberships are auto renewing and we ask for a 14 day cancellation.
