What Types of Massage?

Each session is tailored to your individual needs and may incorporate a combination of techniques, including:

  • Deep Tissue Massage to address chronic tension and deeper layers of muscle

Massage Therapist

Kate is a Licensed Therapeutic Massage Therapist (LMT) who believes that massage is for every body. Her approach is rooted in connection, taking the time to listen, understand your needs, and create a personalized treatment that supports how you move, feel, and recover.

With a background in personal training and her own fitness, Kate brings a well-rounded perspective to her work. She understands the demands of training and is passionate about helping others stay consistent, move better, and feel their best both in and out of the gym.

Outside of the treatment room, you’ll find Kate playing roller derby, getting outside, strength training, or diving into board games with friends.

We’re excited to have her as part of the community and can’t wait for you to meet her!
